About This Product

■Summary

・Achieves highly reliable pokayoke (prevention of forgetting to tighten) with double tightening detection function. A new and improved version will be released in March 2024. ・Remote signal torque wrench (with double tightening detection function)

■Features

・Highly reliable poka-yoke is possible with the double-tightening detection function. ・CSPFHW will determine that if a bolt/nut that has been tightened once is tightened again, it will be judged as double tightening and will display NG. If the result is NG, the LED will turn red. - By using a large LED, communication status and double tightening detection can be easily checked by the operator. ・A new type of wireless module replaceable receiver R-CM compatible with "New Communication Mode" can be used. The new communication mode not only extends the wireless communication distance to approximately 20 to 30 meters, but also allows R-CM to monitor the transmitter's battery voltage, preventing transmission failures due to unexpected voltage drops. ・Since the same receiver (R-CM) and setting box for wireless CH settings (SB-FH2) as the FH type wireless pokayoke torque wrench can be used, double-tightening detection is possible just by installing a torque wrench. Costs can also be reduced. ・Traceability is connected. By setting a 7-digit alphanumeric or 3-digit ID on the torque wrench, the torque wrench used for tightening can be identified, thereby providing traceability. *ID settings can be done using dedicated software. -Battery life can be used approximately 150,000 times. One AAA alkaline battery can be used over 150,000 times. For example, even if the battery is used 3,600 times a day, it can be used for more than two months, reducing battery costs and eliminating the hassle of replacing batteries. - Since the head is replaceable, it can be replaced with a spanner type, glasses type, ratchet type head, etc. to handle a variety of tightening tasks. - With improvements in March 2024, it is now possible to check and switch between new and old communication modes using the transmitter.
