About This Product

■Summary

・A torque wrench that expands the range of work with its high precision and compact design. ・Small capacity interchangeable head single-function torque wrench (torque adjustment range 0.4 to 5Nm)

■Applications

For work in narrow spaces where tightening is not possible due to limitations on torque wrench swing width, external width, and height.

■Features

- Interference prevention: The tool interference area is significantly reduced by slimming the main body, downsizing the head, and halving the swing angle. It is possible to manage torque in narrow spaces, which was not possible before. ・Accurate tightening: By making the application part thinner and applying knurling to parts, it visually and sensually guides you to work in the correct position. A torque wrench will not detect accurate torque unless applied in the correct position. ・Nimble click feeling: The internal link design has been improved to create a clearer click when the set torque is reached. Detects the completion of tightening with a light and clear signal sound. ・Developed dedicated interchangeable heads QH6D/SH6D series with significantly smaller external dimensions. ・48-tooth gear (QH6D): A 48-tooth gear is used for the ratchet. The swing angle (7.5°) is half of the conventional swing angle to prevent ratcheting loss and enable quick tightening work.
