About This Product

■Summary・Waterproof torque wrench with IP55/IP57 dustproof and waterproof protection class that can be washed with water even if it gets dirty.
・Exchangeable head pre-lock type waterproof torque wrench

■Applications・Water/gas/civil engineering/construction/railway/facility construction and plant maintenance, etc., where there is a lot of dirt, dust, and water.
・Rental/lease business for construction/civil engineering work, etc.

■Features・CLWP is a waterproof torque wrench with a highly corrosion-resistant surface treatment that can be washed with water even if it gets dirty.
・Achieves dustproof/waterproof protection class of IP55/IP57. *Tested by our company Prevents dust and water from entering inside the torque wrench and prevents accuracy deterioration.
・Pre-lock type with torque scale. Torque adjustment can be done by removing the rubber cover and using a commercially available flathead screwdriver.
-Equipped with a ring to which a wire etc. can be attached to prevent falling.
・Replaceable head. By replacing the head, you can perform several types of tightening with one torque wrench. *Replacement heads are sold separately.
・Four types of ratchet-type interchangeable heads "CPQH series" with highly corrosion-resistant surface treatment are also available, which are ideal for CLWP.
- You can also connect Tohnichi standard replacement heads such as the "Spanner Head SH Series".
・CLWP series is compatible with ISO6789:2017 from 2022/1.
