■Summary
・Torque measurement range is 0.5 to 10Nm (*) Tohnichi's smallest digital torque wrench (*2 models in the series) Easily manage data on a PC, etc. with the optional Bluetooth module
・Small capacity interchangeable head digital torque wrench
■Applications
- Tightening and inspection work in the low torque range of cable glands, resin screws, ceramic screws, etc.
- For narrow areas where it is difficult to tighten with a torque driver or conventional torque wrench due to height restrictions.
- For tightening delicate parts such as sensors and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
■Features
・CES/CES-G prevents defective screw tightening from being leaked by monitoring torque and angle.
-Equipped with high brightness LED. You can check the current tightening status and pass/fail judgment from various angles. The high-brightness LED allows you to work in dark places.
・Tightening abnormality detection function: By monitoring torque and angle, it detects tightening abnormalities such as galling, missing parts, forgotten tightening (double tightening detection), and O-ring chewing, and detects defective products. Prevents leakage.
・Data transmission/reception function: Outputs memory data via USB. DtRcv (Data Receiver), a data input tool that enables data management in Excel (R), is available for free. By installing an optional Bluetooth module, tightening and inspection data can be wirelessly transmitted to a PC. *Expansion module M-CES-BT can be easily installed by the customer.
- By using the separately sold software "TDMS", the tightening data management system, you can send the conditions for each tightening part to the torque wrench, and the pass/fail data after tightening can be sent to the PC. (TDMS was upgraded to Ver.3.10 in June 2023. Compatible with the small capacity digital torque wrench CES series (when M-CES-BT is installed).)
