■Summary・Special CEM3-BTA torque wrench that can wirelessly communicate with Windows and iOS devices
・Digital torque wrench with angle measurement function

■Applications・Data entry into Excel
・Evidence management by linking with a commercially available electronic form system
・Tightening work that requires torque and angle control
・Prevention of careless mistakes by detecting double tightening (Pokayoke)
・Detection of torque increase due to insufficient rotation angle due to "galling" during tightening.
・Detection of tightening abnormalities such as forgetting to assemble a spring washer.

■Features- Equipped with HOGP profile (keyboard interface).
- Enables data entry into Excel and linkage with familiar form computerization systems.
・As of May 2022, the systems that have been confirmed to be compatible are i-Reporter (Simtops Co., Ltd.) and XC-Gate (Techno Tree Co., Ltd.). (in no particular order)
・Since CEM3-BTLA is a special specification product of CEM3-BTA, similar to -BTA, it can measure torque and angle and perform advanced pass/fail judgments such as double tightening and "galling" detection, making it possible to perform essential tightening tests. You can expect improved reliability.
- For CEM3-BTLA with firmware version Ver. 2.1 or later, "TAB key" can be selected as the end code at the end of the transmitted data. After entering data into XC-Gate, the data can be entered automatically without the operator having to tap the screen each time, improving the usability of XC-Gate.
