About This Product

■Summary

・Prevents overtorque (too much tightening) during tightening work ・Overtorque prevention head replaceable torque wrench

■Applications

Assembly and tightening of important safety parts.

■Features

- Prevents overtorque during tightening with two-stage motion of signal and cushion. - When the set torque is reached, the toggle will operate approximately 5 degrees, and if you continue tightening beyond that, it will idle approximately 14 degrees. - Interchangeable head torque wrench. This is a cost-saving torque wrench that allows you to change heads such as spanner, ring spanner, ratchet, hex head, etc. according to the purpose with one torque wrench. ・Torque can be easily changed using the scale. ・YCL2 series is compatible with ISO6789:2017 from 2022/1. For details, please see the technical document "ISO6789:2017 Initiatives" at the bottom of the screen.

■Caution

・The total length is the length of the main body only. Replacement head PH (Pyren head) cannot be used. ・From January 2022, YCL2 series SI unit products and metric unit products are compatible with ISO6789:2017. The calibration certificate will be changed from the conventional product. American units do not support ISO6789:2017.
