About This Product

■Summary・Idling-type Pokayoke torque driver that prevents forgetting to tighten by controlling the number of tightenings using a limit switch
・Idle-rotating torque driver with limit switch

■ApplicationsPokayoke (prevents forgetting to tighten)

■Features・Torque driver with wired limit switch
・When the set torque is reached, the toggle activates and the limit switch outputs a contact signal at the same time as it idles.
・RTDLS is a preset type with a torque scale, and RNTDLS is a single-function type that is convenient for repeated tightening work with the same torque.
-Easily create a pokayoke system by combining with the separately sold count checker (CNA-4mk3).
・Create a tightening guarantee system by capturing the signal from the limit switch into a sequencer, etc. and interlocking it with the line.
-The LS cord uses a curled cord with excellent durability.

■Caution・The limit switch rating is AC/DC30V, 1A or less.
・The standard length of the LS curl cord is approximately 2m (when extended).
