A new idea of ​​shutting out hot air from your roof using the internet. Perfect for factories, warehouses, offices, and stores. Achieves measures against heat in buildings and reduces air conditioning costs. We propose solutions for energy saving measures, global warming (CO2 reduction), and the heat island phenomenon. Cool Roof Net received the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Director's Award at the 19th (FY2008) Energy Saving Awards sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a ``shading system using net''.

■Mechanism

"Cool Roof Net" is a fine-mesh net made of polyester flame-retardant yarn. By laying it horizontally on the roof of a building, it suppresses the transmission of heat to the roof surface, releases the heat accumulated inside, and prevents the indoor temperature from rising. By using a special net that has the contradictory functions of ``light blocking'' and ``breathability,'' it is possible to dramatically lower the surface temperature of the roof. This mechanism minimizes heat conduction into the room and suppresses temperature rise. The standard color is gray to effectively reflect infrared rays in the sun's rays. Not only does it save energy in buildings, but it is also effective in reducing CO2 emissions, preventing global warming, and combating the heat island effect in urban areas.

■Construction procedure

Construction can be completed in a short time with a relatively small number of people.

■1.Cleaning/Repair

Clean up any fallen leaves or debris beforehand. Depending on the situation, we will replace loose screws and perform rust prevention repairs.

■2. Unloading cargo

A crane truck is used to unload the net and metal fittings.

■3. Inking

We will position (mark) the mounting hardware based on the construction drawings.

■4. Attaching metal fittings (1)

The pitch of metal fittings is limited to a maximum of 1 meter.

■5. Attaching metal fittings (2)

The looseness and angle of the metal fittings have been adjusted to ensure that they are arranged in an orderly manner.

■6.Joint (1)

We will join the nets in order.

■7.Joint (2)

The center part of the layout will have 4 sheets stacked.

■8.Complete

Check the tension of the net and the tightness of the metal fittings and you are done.
