About This Product

■Consideration of environmental impact and ease of construction on site.

This bag material is made of recycled polyester fiber (100% recycled raw material ratio) and made of raschel net that has excellent tensile strength, tear strength, hook strength, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance. Since it is a textile material, it is lightweight, flexible, and easy to handle. In addition, it is made of thick and strong single-layer raschel netting, making it a product with improved workability and safety on site. There is also no elution of environmental hormones. Super E-Unit has obtained construction technology examination certification from the Civil Engineering Research Center. ・Compliant with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's bag-type root protection bag material performance regulations (long-term performance type) ・Old NETIS registration number: CB-050029-V Features

■Easy construction due to strong single layer netting

By making each mesh thread thicker, it is now possible to use a single-layer net instead of the conventional double-layer net. It is less bulky than double mesh and is easier to handle during construction.

■Environmentally friendly

Since the units are made of environmentally friendly recycled polyester fibers and the filling material is made of natural materials, the impact on the environment after construction is extremely low and the work is easy.

■Construction procedures that made it possible to significantly shorten the construction period

The construction of Super E-Unit is lightweight and quick, and requires less manpower. *Please refer to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's civil engineering construction cost estimation standards for the lead time. 1. Install the Super E-unit on the manufacturing formwork. 2. Fill the Super E-unit with filling material. 3. Bind the Super E-unit. 4. Lift the Super E-unit from the production formwork using a crane, etc. 5. Lay out the Super E-unit.
