Features

■Stabilize product feeding and prevent slippage

●When feeding the sheet, up and down is performed in parallel up and down on both the entry and exit sides. ●The 4-wheel drive system is equipped with a product feed mechanism on the entry and exit sides of the mold, making it possible to "feed products without sag" and minimize deviations from punching. *Patent registered for 4-wheel drive drive system

■High cycle

●High-cycle drive is now possible by stabilizing product feed and improving the ability to prevent slippage. Cycles of up to 140 times/minute are recorded. *However, if the product height is within 30mm

■Improved operability and maintainability

●The product guide on the entry side can be rotated 90 degrees to the side opposite to the operator, making maintenance of the mold easier. ●Equipped with remote (electrical) maintenance system. In the unlikely event of an electrical system problem, we can also provide support for solving it via the web.
