1. Thorough energy saving and emphasis on thermal efficiency
・Using a medium wavelength/infrared radiator heater, it heats the inside of the sheet uniformly and has excellent quick response, so it starts up quickly and the heater adjustment cycle is reflected in the product.
- The heater uses a box type, which provides excellent thermal efficiency with little heat loss.
2.High precision molding structure
・By adopting the center forming method, there is no unbalanced load on the mold vertical mechanism, which maintains stable accuracy even after long periods of use.
- The mold vertical mechanism is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw, and the stop position and speed are numerically controlled, and once the conditions are set, they are reliably memorized and replayed.
3. Significant reduction in changeover time
- Central molding method with mold positioning device provides good reproducibility and easy mold replacement.
・The seat clamp mechanism before and after the mold is freely settable and does not require replacement.
4.Space-saving type
All electrical equipment, including the operation panel, is built into the machine, which saves a lot of space and does not interfere with mold replacement.
■Operation panel with touch panel LCD screen
・Mold vertical stop position, vertical speed, timer conditions, heater conditions can all be set with this operation panel.
- The above setting conditions do not require an IC card or floppy disk, and 200 types of forming conditions can be stored and played back within the hardware, and each setting condition can also be printed out.
