・This is a new product developed to reduce mold costs as much as possible and complete the punching and assembly of high-mix, low-volume products in the same process as molding.
・We have developed a high-precision trimming machine that can use an inexpensive Thomson blade for punching.
- Molding molds are small and inexpensive, and mold replacement work is easy and setup changes can be carried out in a short time, and machine operating rates can be increased even with frequent mold replacement.
・The heater uses a mid-wavelength infrared radiator heater that heats the inside of the seat and has a quick response.
・The total line length from the original fabric stand to the finished product stacking and comparing unit is 7m, which allows it to be placed in a very space-saving space.
