・This is a new product developed to reduce mold costs as much as possible and complete the punching and assembly of high-mix, low-volume products in the same process as molding.
・The punching tool uses a male and female type knife, but the punching die is small and the feeding direction is small, so it can be manufactured at an extremely low cost.
- Molding molds are small and inexpensive, and mold replacement work is easy and setup changes can be carried out in a short time, and machine operating rates can be increased even with frequent mold replacement.
- Thomson blades can also be used by attaching a Thomson blade attachment to the press section.
・The heater uses a mid-wavelength infrared radiator heater that heats the inside of the seat and has a quick response.
・The total line length is 9m, from the original fabric stand to the finished product accumulation and comparer, which allows for installation in a very space-saving space.
