About This Product

■Summary

SSC2102S is a control IC for discontinuous current type (Discontinuous Conduction Mode) interleaved power factor correction converters. 2-phase interleave control reduces input/output ripple current and provides low noise. This makes it easy to configure a PFC converter with fewer components and excellent cost performance.

・Auxiliary winding-less configuration ・Voltage mode control method ・Maximum on-time control circuit ・Soft start function ・High-speed load response (HSR) ・Protection functions (2-stage overcurrent protection (OCP): pulse-by-pulse, 2-stage output overvoltage protection (OVP): automatic recovery, low input voltage detection protection (UVP): automatic recovery, overheat protection with hysteresis ( TSD): Automatic recovery, open loop detection (OLD): Automatic recovery, VFB terminal/VIN terminal/IS terminal open protection (OPP))
