About This Product

Compared to a parts feeder with a bowl diameter of 150 mm, it can hold 15 times more input. Three times the workpiece supply speed can be expected. Compared to a parts feeder with a bowl diameter of 350 mm, which has approximately the same amount of input, the installation area is 2.7 times smaller. Workpiece supply speed is expected to be the same or higher. You can use it without any problem if you input around 1.5L. The problem with circular feeders is that there are variations in production, so if multiple units are produced, there will be differences in discharge capacity and clogging. In order to add an angle to the circular attachment, it has to be manufactured in three dimensions, making it difficult to achieve dimensional accuracy. We made a feeder with a smaller base plate than the smallest general-purpose parts feeder, which has a linear feeder attached to a Ø150 bowl. It becomes 250x287xH465 instead of 300x300xH212. The input amount is 1.5L compared to 0.1L of the parts feeder, which is 15 times the input amount, and the calculated feeding speed is 6,000mm (Type S).The input amount is about the same as a Ø350 stepped bowl. The collection opening is approximately 135mm. Since it can be used for sorting over 100mm, it is possible to distinguish between front and back sides.
