About This Product

Step feeder M (medium size) is mounted on a 550X430 base plate. It can feed up to 10L, which is equivalent to a parts feeder with a bowl diameter of 650mm. It is also possible to transport bolts with a length of 210 mm, which parts feeders cannot transport. Please contact us for workpieces that cannot be transported by parts feeders. It takes up less space than a parts feeder with a bowl diameter of 650 mm that has almost the same amount of input. The workpiece supply speed is expected to be the same or higher. It is also possible to supply the material in one row by adjusting the thickness of the plate being lifted up. The problem with circular feeders is that because they are circular, there is variation in manufacturing. If you manufacture multiple units, there will be differences in discharge capacity and clogging. In order to add an angle to the circular attachment, it has to be manufactured in three dimensions, making it difficult to achieve dimensional accuracy.
