About This Product

■Protects electronic devices and data from internal lightning with lightning-proof technology.

A typical lightning rod (Franklin rod) is a mechanism that prevents direct hits to people and buildings by ``attracting lightning and letting it fall safely.'' However, even if a building is prevented from being directly hit by lightning, "internal lightning" can occur, where internal electronic devices and products can be struck by lightning through electrical or telephone lines. In today's IT society, this "internal lightning" causes enormous damage, including loss of electronic data and production line stoppages. dinnteco is a deionization capacitive lightning rod that does not allow lightning to strike (keep it away). We provide one-stop lightning strike countermeasures to protect electronic assets from direct lightning strikes and internal lightning strikes. JTECT is a certified contractor of dinnteco.

■Mechanism of dinnteco that does not allow lightning to strike

・dinnteco always attracts positive charges from the ground (target ground electrode) within a radius of 100m from the main unit. ・At the same time, it always works to attract negative charges in the sky within a radius of 100m from the main body. ・The negative charges drawn from the air and the positive charges drawn from the ground continue to be neutralized by automatically and continuously exchanging charges inside the dinnteco body. Due to this function, no potential difference occurs within the protection range of dinnteco (does not saturate the negative charge in the atmosphere), so lightning does not occur.

■ “Slowly neutralize” takes 1,000,000 times longer than a lightning strike

A conventional lightning rod (Franklin rod) quickly neutralizes a saturated charge. The shorter and more rapid the neutralization, the greater the current flow. This is a lightning strike. On the other hand, with dinnteco, if even the slightest potential difference occurs, it immediately begins to neutralize it. By starting to neutralize the difference slowly over time while the difference is small, we can prevent lightning strikes from occurring due to short-term neutralization.
