About This Product

■Summary

ERCM is an organic volume reduction recycled ceramic manufacturing equipment that thermally decomposes combustible organic matter and converts it into ceramic ash (mineralization) to dramatically reduce the volume. Utilizing the patented technology of mineralizing combustible organic matter through thermal decomposition, we have achieved a high volume reduction rate and no pollution at low cost.

■Low cost

・As auxiliary fuel is not required, there are no auxiliary fuel costs. ・It is possible to operate continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but due to the low temperature, unmanned operation is possible at night, reducing labor costs. ・Super power saving (approximately 50,000 yen/month when processing 5 tons/day) ・Less exhaust gas, no denitrification equipment required

■High volume reduction rate

・Volume reduction from 1/100 to 1/500 ・Converts all combustible organic matter into ceramic ash ・No separation or pretreatment required

■No pollution

・During thermal decomposition treatment, no dioxins, NOx, or soot are emitted. ・The emitted ash has extremely low carbon residual content, so no post-processing is required. ・Due to low-temperature processing, almost no waste heat is emitted.

■Special organic substances that can be treated

・Infectious medical waste ・SR/ASR ・Waste plastics ・Vegetable scraps ・Sewage sludge ・Feces and urine
