SoundViewer allows even beginners to easily identify sound sources by analyzing frequency, sound pressure, and time using three-dimensional spectrograms. Can be used in various fields

■Sound source visualization mechanism

SoundViewer uses a microphone array equipped with 32 microphones and one camera to measure the sound pressure level by pointing it at the sound source and visualizing the sound pressure level in color on the camera screen. The sound source search frequency range is 250Hz to 12kHz. You can also analyze sound by displaying the sound pressure level and frequency characteristics over time. This measurement device was realized by processing the measurement values ​​from 32 microphones using the beamforming method.

■Features of microphone array

■Software features

[Spectrogram screen]: A spectrogram is a color-coded two-dimensional diagram showing the signal strength obtained through time-frequency analysis. In SoundViewer, areas with high sound pressure levels are shown in red, and areas with low sound pressure levels are shown in blue. By using a spectrogram, you can determine when, what frequency, and what the sound pressure level is. [FFT screen] The FFT screen displays the acoustic signal and the results obtained by FFT (Fast Fourier Transform).

■Measurement service

We will bring SoundViewer to the site and provide measurement services. We identify and visualize noise sources on-site on behalf of our customers. (*This service does not include consulting work.) Noise sources can be identified without specialized knowledge. It can be measured using a sound source visualization device for a short period of time.
