About This Product

■Advantages of using graphite materials

Conductive ink and paste materials such as nanometal, carbon nanotube (hereinafter referred to as CNT), and carbon fine particles are 1. High performance can be expected, but processing and manufacturing methods are expensive, making it difficult to reduce material prices. 2. If graphite powder, which is produced in large quantities as a by-product of carbon fiber, can be used as a conductive material, it will be possible to create an inexpensive paste. 3. Our company has developed a conductive paste with a basic structure of long CNTs wrapped around graphite fibers. 4. It maintains its elastic conductor function by moving in an intertwined state with the continuous expansion and contraction. At this time, the contact properties of the grite fiber portion change due to expansion and contraction, which leads to a change in resistance. 5. The main conductive function is performed by graphite fibers, and only a small amount of CNT is required. Our conductive paste is composed of relatively long fibers of graphite, a type of carbon, and CNTs. Carbon black type alone has a limit of 10Ωcm, and CNT type alone has a limit of 20Ωcm, but by combining the two, we have achieved a low resistance of around 7Ωcm. It is possible to achieve a value of 1Ωcm by adjusting the amount of addition, but in this case it will look more like miso than a paste, and the adhesion strength will be significantly reduced.
