About This Product

■IJCP-01 System basic concept- Stabilization control of ink pressure inside the head ensures stable ejection at all times.
・Effectively reflux and discharge cleaning liquid inside the head.
- More effective than flushing to control the discharge of air remaining inside the head when replacing ink.
- Compatible with the diversification of reflux routes, increasing the degree of freedom in reflux, cleaning, discharge, etc.
・Support for small total reflux amount depends on the reflux system, but it is possible to use at least 50cc of ink.
・The temperature of the reflux liquid can be adjusted, and the liquid temperature can be heated from 5 to 50℃ using an external temperature controller in the reservoir tank.
- Air bubbles can be removed in the reservoir tank during the temperature of the reflux liquid.

■IJCP-01 System overall configurationThis device consists of the IJCP-01 pump controller, IJCP-01 pump drive section, and head unit, and is used to stably supply ink to the two heads.

■IJCP-01 Pump controllerControls the IJCP-01 pump driver that supplies ink to the head at the optimal pressure.

■IJCP-01 Pump driverIJCP-01 This is a driver that can perform PWM control of the following pumps built into this machine by receiving control signals from the pump controller.

■Head unitThis unit is a mechanism that supplies the appropriate amount of ink required by the head. For this reason, it is necessary to shorten the path as much as possible, so the following parts are placed as short as possible in the head.

・Ink outflow channel cock
・Liquid receiving ink tank
・Negative pressure sensor
・reflux pump
・Float sensor for reflux pump or manual SW

■IJCP-01 Pump controllerThis controller controls each pump. The pressure and negative pressure pumps supply the appropriate amount of ink to the head based on feedback from the pressure sensor and negative pressure sensor. The appropriate feed pressure is set from this controller panel or PC depending on the ink used, etc. The reflux pump is controlled by the pump drive unit using the float sensor in the liquid receiving ink tank or the manual switch.
