■ “Calibrate” the inkjet “ink volume”

Uniform inkjet coating has been a long-standing issue, but with the realization of technology to observe each ejected ink droplet with high resolution, it has become possible to correct volume variations between nozzles using multi-drop control or DPN control. There is no need to compensate for lack of brightness with multiple flashes or measure the weight of 1,000 drops of ink. Improve the precision of inkjet printing with "advanced" inkjet flight observation. It is effective not only for DPN control but also for correcting discharge variations between nozzles using multi-drop control for each nozzle. Adjust the drive waveform while observing the ejected droplets to reduce the ejected volume to ±1%. Eliminate satellites into one ink droplet. Optimizes meniscus behavior and eliminates bubbles from the nozzle.
