About This Product

It is effective not only for DPN control but also for correcting discharge variations between nozzles using multi-drop control for each nozzle.

■Key technologies for inkjet construction/high-resolution ink flight observation technology

・It is not just a function that allows flight to appear curved and flight speed to be measured. Required for DPN function ⇒ Calculate droplet from outer diameter, enabling volume measurement accuracy of ±1%. ・Ultra-short 100nS emission time/High viewing area 180μm* Droplets traveling at 10m per second appear almost stationary (movement during 100nS≒1μm) ・Newly developed 100nS light source realizes an ultra-short-time light emission system that exceeds xenon flash ・Patent pending. World's first device of its kind capable of emitting 50ns light

■Full.DPN technology (Drive Per Nozzle/Drop volume correct Per Nozzle)

・Providing inkjet ejection control that adjusts and corrects droplet volume by ±1% for each nozzle. ・Provides a "drive waveform tool" to adjust ink droplets to one droplet

■ “Calibrate” the inkjet “ink volume”

Uniform inkjet coating has been a long-standing issue, but with the realization of technology to observe each ejected ink droplet with high resolution, it has become possible to correct volume variations between nozzles using multi-drop control or DPN control. Measures the ink volume of one ejection with ±1% of 100ns LED strobe light emission. There is no need to compensate for lack of brightness with multiple flashes or measure the weight of 1,000 drops of ink. Improve the precision of inkjet printing with "advanced" inkjet flight observation. It is effective not only for DPN control but also for correcting discharge variations between nozzles using multi-drop control for each nozzle. Adjust the drive waveform while observing the ejected droplets to reduce the ejected volume to ±1%. Eliminate satellites into one ink droplet. Optimizes meniscus behavior and eliminates bubbles from the nozzle.
