About This Product

■About FRC series/FR series

FRC series helical gearboxes are developed to achieve high torque, low energy and low surface heating. High efficiency reduces energy consumption. Hardened gears have a long life and smooth movement. Footprint and shaft size are close to common standard sizes. The gearbox design is circular and the smooth design is very suitable for the food industry. ・The FRC series helical gearbox has a reduction ratio of up to 54:1 and a maximum output torque of 300Nm. ・FR series helical gearbox has a reduction ratio of up to 199.81:1 and a maximum output torque of 600Nm.

■Product features

・Made of high quality electrolytically polished SUS316 (mirror finish available as option) ・Design compatible with stainless steel food machinery ・Option: SUS316 hollow shaft cover (open/close) ・Options: Easy-to-clean hygienic torque arm and foot plate made of SUS316 ・Option: Output flange made of electrolytically polished SUS316 ・Uses food machinery lubricant H1, and can also be certified as Halal, Kosher, and nut-free. ・100% air leak test performed on all gearboxes - Compatible with IEC motors or standard motors
