About This Product

■FV series

FV series stainless steel worm gearbox is a standard worm gear. Designed to meet the latest standards in the food industry. The design focuses on ease of cleaning, durability, and hygiene. The material is SUS316. The lineup has a center distance of 30mm to 63mm, and can be replaced with a general aluminum worm gear. The efficiency of standard worm gears depends on the reduction ratio, and the higher the reduction ratio, the lower the transmission efficiency. For this reason, we recommend the use of FK series hypoid bevel gears, which provide high efficiency even at high reduction ratios up to 300:1.

・Made of high quality electrolytically polished SUS316 (mirror finish available as option) ・Design compatible with stainless steel food machinery ・Option: SUS316 hollow shaft cover (open/close) ・Options: Easy-to-clean hygienic torque arm and foot plate made of SUS316 ・Option: Output flange made of electrolytically polished SUS316 ・Uses food machinery lubricant H1, and can also be certified as Halal, Kosher, and nut-free. ・All gearboxes are tested for air leaks - Compatible with IEC motors or standard motors
