About This Product

Volta's positive drive belt is a food-grade belt made of a single resin material without canvas. With excellent cleanability and an innovative drive system, we have solved the problems of conventional conveyors and achieved a high level of food hygiene.

■What is a positive drive belt?

Volta belts are made of a single material and do not use fibers like traditional resin belts. Therefore, it is difficult to absorb moisture, oil, and odors, and prevents the growth of bacteria. There is no need to worry about the cover peeling off or the ears fraying, which can cause foreign objects to enter. Additionally, the extremely smooth surface makes it easy to clean. Since dirt is easy to remove, it is possible to shorten cleaning time and reduce the amount of cleaning agent used. Of course, it also complies with Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, US food hygiene standards FDA, and EU standards (No10/2011, 1935/2004, 2002/72/EC).

■Features

"Positive Drive Belt" has integrally molded teeth on the back of the belt. Since it is integrally molded, there is no need to worry about it peeling off. When driving the belt, the teeth of the belt are engaged with a special sprocket and driven. Therefore, products can be transported reliably without the belt slipping. In normal cases, tension is applied to the belt to drive it, which adds load to the bearings, pulleys, etc. of the conveyor body, but with the positive drive method, there is no need to apply tension, and the life of each component is extended. It also leads to In addition, the common problem with conveyor belts is that it takes time to adjust the meandering, but since no tension is applied, the meandering force is weaker, reducing maintenance time.

■About dual drive/mini dual drive

"Dual Drive" and "Mini Dual Drive" have teeth arranged across the belt width, making it possible to replace modular belts with minimal modification.

■Easy to replace sanitary belt from modular belt
