About This Product
Volta's positive drive belt is a food-grade belt made of a single resin material without canvas. With excellent cleanability and an innovative drive system, we have solved the problems of conventional conveyors and achieved a high level of food hygiene.
■What is a positive drive belt?
Volta belts are made of a single material and do not use fibers like traditional resin belts. Therefore, it is difficult to absorb moisture, oil, and odors, and prevents the growth of bacteria. There is no need to worry about the cover peeling off or the ears fraying, which can cause foreign objects to enter.
Additionally, the extremely smooth surface makes it easy to clean. Since dirt is easy to remove, it is possible to shorten cleaning time and reduce the amount of cleaning agent used. Of course, it also complies with Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, US food hygiene standards FDA, and EU standards (No10/2011, 1935/2004, 2002/72/EC).
