About This Product

■No meandering or slipping Next-generation sanitary belt that solves all problems

Superdrive belts reduce cleaning and maintenance time and reduce water, detergent and electricity usage. Cleaning can reduce bacteria and increase the shelf life of your products. The unique SuperDrive system is used in thousands of factories around the world. In fact, for over 10 years, only Uniformity Positive Drives have been breaking installation records. Superdrive is engineered for hygiene, quick cleaning and cost savings for the user. There are two types of hardness and three types of belt thickness (3, 4, 6mm): food grade blue and beige (Shore hardness 55D, 53D), metal detector compatible MD (Shore hardness 53D), and low temperature compatible. LT (Shore hardness 95A, 46D).

■Material features

・Mirror finish on both front and back sides prevents bacterial growth - Unlike canvas belts, it is made of a single material, so there is no delamination or fraying of edges, and there are no areas where dirt can accumulate compared to modular belts. - Simple structure, no severe wear due to pulleys. ・Reduce product waste. - Compliant with HACCP and CIP hygiene standards. - Conforms to Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370 and USDA/FDA/3A dairy/EC.

■Mechanical features

Volta's SuperDrive system is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) belt with two parallel extruded teeth on the underside of the belt. The drive teeth are driven by a sprocket without slipping, and meandering is minimized with no or slight tension. - Prevents belt stretching by suppressing tension. ・Noise level can be kept to a minimum. -Lightweight belt reduces motor and energy consumption. - Easy and quick installation. ・It is also possible to install front rails, side walls, etc.
