About This Product

Used for etching soda glass, recycled glass, crystal glass, semi-crystalline glass, tempered glass, alkali-free glass, quartz glass, borosilicate glass, mirrors, etc. There are three types of glass etching: a frost type that etches the glass surface white, a clear type that etches the glass while it remains transparent, and a type that makes the glass matte. All types can have a variety of viscosities, from liquid to gel.

■Glass etching agent frost type

Glass crafts, manufacturing of frosted glass and decorative glass, frosting of lighting equipment such as LEDs and light bulbs, roughening of glass and enamel surfaces, manufacturing of diffuser plates to emit light from LED lighting widely and uniformly, non-reflective glass Used for manufacturing (non-glare glass), etc. Even if etching is performed on the frost type, the glass strength will not decrease.

■Glass etching agent clear type

It is used for creating patterns on semiconductor substrates and wafers, removing cracks that occur during sandblasting and glass cutting, and manufacturing tapestry glass. In particular, by removing cracks from the glass cut surface, the strength of the glass edge can be increased several times.
