About This Product
■Natural non-combustible wood with non-combustible treatment on solid wood and a cutting design on the surface.
・There are 3 types of wood: Yonetsuga, Japanese cedar, and Japanese cypress, and the surface can be cut with the same design as DS Wall solid laminated wood. Also compatible with original designs. (Please contact us)
・The width of the material varies from 100 to 135 mm depending on the material. Also, the length is approximately 4m, but please note that it may vary depending on the arrival status.
-Due to the non-combustible treatment, delivery times may take longer than regular DS walls depending on the quantity in stock.
■Non-combustible wood/Precautions for use and daily maintenance
・Please note that the product is made of solid wood, and there may be individual differences in color, wood grain, etc.
- Non-combustible wood has weak acid properties, so please use corrosion-resistant metal such as stainless steel for all metal fittings that come into contact with it. (All including nails, screws, drainers, etc.)
- If the installation location or storage location is outside or in a humid environment, condensation will occur and the product will become damp. Please take care to avoid creating a humid environment with ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
・Please be aware that due to the influence of moisture in the air, the fireproofing ingredients will rise to the surface, causing a whitening phenomenon. (Basically, it is an interior finishing material)
・Please be aware that if you apply water-based paint, unevenness and cloudiness may occur.
・Due to the characteristics of non-combustible and semi-non-combustible wood, it is difficult for adhesives to adhere to it. Please avoid installing using adhesive only.
- For daily maintenance, wipe clean with a soft cloth. If the dirt is particularly heavy, use a cloth dampened with a mild detergent diluted with water and wrung out. Please note that if you leave it as is, it may cause stains, discoloration, mold, cracks, etc.
・Please note that wood-based products may have slight dimensional errors, shape changes, and color differences.
