About This Product

■Product introduction

A single-ply vertical lattice panel in a muntin style, made from solid laminated natural wood with openwork carving.A vertical lattice panel made from a single board in a muntin style, made from laminated natural wood with openwork carving. Line production that does not rely on craftsmanship has achieved stable precision and outstanding cost performance. Choose from 2 types: coarse lattice type and fine lattice type, 6 shaku size and 8 shaku size, and 4 color variations. Customization is possible depending on the base material used, size, design, etc.

■Points

・Specially processed product made from solid laminated natural wood that is machine-cut from both the front and back sides. ・Achieving designs that could not be expressed with conventional muntin lattices and excellent cost performance through machine production. ・The base material can be specified as various wood species or MDF, and we can also produce panels with custom sizes and original designs.

■Summary

This is a lattice panel with a three-dimensional feel, made of 18mm thick natural wood laminated wood, cut from both the front and back sides, and finished as a single piece. It is characterized by the realization of designs that could not be expressed with conventional kumiko lattices, and its high cost performance. You can choose from a rich product lineup. Custom sizes are also available, and the base material can be specified from various wood species or MDF. In response to a wide range of requests, we also produce panels with original designs.

■Caution

The standard product is made of pine laminated wood (natural wood), which has unique red eyes. When hiring, please explain to the owner and related parties. Also, if you purchase an unpainted product and then color it, please be careful about the finishing process. As this is natural wood, please never use screws or adhesives to fasten the product as this may cause cracking or warping of the product.
