Dusker® (*1) is an automatic measurement system that counts foreign substances collected with the dust sampler DSW-01. (*2) Foreign matter collected with a dust sampler can be visually confirmed, but if you use the automatic measurement system Dusker®, it is possible to level out the counting process. It can be used from general rooms to clean rooms, and has a proven track record of use in a wide range of industrial fields, not just the industrial and food fields.

Dusker® makes it easy to automatically measure foreign substances
■Collecting foreign substances using a dust samplerCollect foreign matter using the dust sampler DSW-01 and measure it with Dusker®.

■Displays the number of foreign objects and surface cleanlinessWith Dusker®, you can check the "size classification" that counts the number of foreign objects based on their size. In addition, for Dusker®100 and Dusker®200, you can also check the measurement results of "color classification", which is counted into six types based on the color of foreign objects. Compliant with ISO14644-9 Surface Cleanliness (SCP) class, you can check the cleanliness along with the measurement results.

Sales of Dusker 200 and 300 will end as of the end of March 2022. It will be unified into Dusker 100.
