Realizes three high-performance “Minimal”
■“Minimal” contamination
It has a non-contact structure with no parts such as bearings, bearings, or on/off valves that can generate dust in the wetted parts. Therefore, there is no need to worry about contamination caused by the pump. In addition, the impeller and case material are made of high-purity fluororesin that is resistant to chemical fluids, so there is no need to worry about contamination. Structurally, contamination risks are minimized.
■“Minimal” maintenance
There are no sliding parts inside the pump, so there are no wearing parts that require maintenance. In addition, since the impeller is driven by magnetic force control, there are no consumable parts required for normal machine control. Due to these construction features, maintenance frequency is kept to a minimum.
■“Minimal” pulsation/vibration
Since the impeller is used as a rotor and is rotated by magnetic control to transfer liquid, there is no pulsation or vibration. Additionally, since there are no sliding parts, there is no noise and a quiet environment can be ensured. It has high rotation control performance and achieves highly accurate feed rate.
■Magnetic levitation centrifugal pump that realizes precise liquid transfer
Levitronics pumps are innovative pumps that do not have bearings or opening/closing valves that can cause contamination. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the impeller levitates contactlessly inside a sealed pump casing and is driven to rotate by electrical magnetic control. This structure and system enables precise fluid pressure and flow control. Of course, the impeller and pump casing, which are the wetted parts, are made of high-purity fluororesin and have high chemical resistance.
■Non-sliding/contact structure
The wetted parts are constructed so that they do not come into contact with each other, so there is no dust generation due to friction. Very clean liquid delivery is possible. Since there are no consumable parts such as bearings and opening/closing valves, there is no need for the normally required maintenance. Not only can parts and labor costs for maintenance be reduced, but production opportunities lost during maintenance work can also be reduced. In addition, in terms of product life, it has a mechanical structure with no consumable parts, so it has a high advantage over pump products with other structures.
