Contains 96% zinc dust and provides excellent long-term rust prevention.
Since it uses epoxy resin, it adheres well to the substrate and can be overcoated, increasing workability. It is a one-component type that does not sag during painting and has a short drying time. Anti-rust repair of welding marks, cut surfaces, drilling, zinc sagging, scratches, unplated areas, etc. on galvanized steel. An alternative to galvanizing for large structures that cannot fit into a plating bath or thin objects that are subject to thermal distortion.
Life-extending repair coating for old galvanized steel towers, ships, bridges, electrical equipment, etc. that have begun to rust. For long-term rust prevention of steel materials.
Be sure to shake the container up and down at least 20 times before use. Insufficient shaking may cause clogging. If there is any leftover after use, turn the container upside down and empty it for about 2 seconds, then close the cap and store it.
