Mold release agent for FRP solid wax type
There is little repellency of gel coat etc. even after mold release treatment. Can be used with wooden, resin, or metal molds. Let it dry thoroughly and apply it firmly with a cloth. It is important to melt the wax with frictional heat and apply it. It is best to have them repeat this at least 5 times.
It can penetrate into the joints of wooden molds and the minute air bubbles of resin molds, preventing demolding defects. It is also used as a pre-treatment for other liquid mold release agents.
