About This Product

Divide into small portions from 20kg cans. A set of 1 kg of unsaturated polyester resin paint gel coat and 40 g of hardening agent (4% amount) Do not use the hardening agent for FRP sold at home centers as the mixing ratio is different.

■Main use

FRP ships etc. Standard amount of curing agent (for pot life 20 to 30 minutes)

■Liquid temperature - compounding amount

･5℃-6.0% ･10℃-4.0% ･15℃-3.0% ･20℃-2.0% ･25℃-1.4.% ･30℃-1.0% The liquid temperature changes depending on the condition of the surface of the object to be coated. Please be especially careful in summer and winter when the temperature changes rapidly. Unlike FRP resin, which penetrates into the glass mat, gel coat, which is made only of paint, has a thin film that allows heat to escape easily, so please use twice as much hardening agent as the FRP resin.
