A hard chromium plating (industrial chromium plating) is a film featuring hardness and wear resistance. It is used for parts that require wear resistance such as cars, motorcycles, and engine parts for ships, for molding molds such as plastic, glass, powdered metallurgi, and industrial products such as prints, paper, rolling, film processing, and rollers in steelmaking.

General hard chrome plating has fine micro cracks in the film. Although it has sufficient functionality as it is, this microcrack is a problem with the film defects, such as when using harsh use or when you want to increase the performance.

Changing a hard chromium plating without cracks improves the transfer of cracks to an LCD film.
The peeling of the film based on cracks is resolved.
Corrosion from cracks prevents the material from penetrating into the material.
