About This Product

Highly rust-proof water-resistant one-component modified epoxy resin paint with strong water and moisture resistance.

■Applications

・Substitute for chassis paint ・Rust prevention treatment for new cars ・It is effective for use in extremely cold regions where snow-melting agents are sprayed in the winter, and in regions facing the sea that are susceptible to salt damage. ・Chassis ・Behind the floor ・Wheel house ・Silver flange etc. ・Construction machinery ・Agricultural machinery ・Industrial machinery ·forklift ・Golf cart ・Turret type on-site transport vehicle ・Ship ・Steel structures, etc.

■Features

It has 10 to 20 times more rust prevention power than chassis paint. You can use it with confidence because it is an environmentally friendly paint. (Lead-free, not subject to organic solvent poisoning prevention regulations, not subject to the Fire Service Act) Although it is water-based, it dries quickly and forms a resilient coating that can withstand stone chips. The strong paint film is non-stick, so even if mud adheres to it, it will not stick. It can be used as a highly anti-rust chassis paint for new cars, as well as during vehicle inspections, especially for cars that require rust prevention.

■How to use

Before painting, please degrease and clean the object to be painted. Be sure to stir thoroughly before painting. Painting machines are compatible with airless paint sprayers, air sprayers, brushes, and rollers. Also, please use a cup-type spray gun (diameter 2.0 mm or more). When painting, please spray from an appropriate distance of 15 to 25 cm from the object being painted. Also, do not apply a thick coat at once; first, lightly press down on the base, wait about 5 to 10 minutes, and then apply firmly the second time. After painting, please clean the equipment you used.
