Our battery cells have a long lifespan with a battery capacity retention rate of 80.1%* even after 10 years of repeated charging and discharging (approximately 12,000 times). You can use it with confidence for a long time.
*Estimated value for a single battery cell at a room temperature of 23℃ and full charge/discharge (DOD: depth of discharge = 100%) with 3 cycles per day. The degree to which the capacity retention rate decreases varies depending on the charging/discharging frequency of the energy storage system equipped with battery cells, the usage environment, etc. In addition, the capacity of the installed storage battery and the capacity that can actually be used as a power storage system will vary depending on the usage conditions of the power storage system.

■We monitor system safety 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Monitor system operation remotely 24 hours a day. We provide a "Safety Service" to help you use your energy storage system safely. We monitor the operating status of the system, and in the unlikely event that an abnormality is detected, we or our dealers contact the customer over the phone to confirm the operating status. Software updates are also performed automatically.
