■New sealed cabinet with improved robustness
The use of large casters and a strong cabinet provides stable packaging performance. A semi-automatic packing machine in which the rotating part of the band is housed in a cabinet.
■Operation panel placed on the right side
By locating the slanted operation panel on the right side of the main unit, you can experience improved operability.
■Flip-up top plate makes maintenance easy
The flip-up top plate that we have adopted this time frees us from the surprisingly troublesome task of removing the top plate when a problem occurs or during regular maintenance. This is one of the characteristic designs of the E30 series.
■Pursuing even greater ease of use
Start packing simply by inserting the band into the guide. Microcomputer control ensures stable performance at all times. A package guide is also standard equipment.
■Energy-saving design using DC motor
Achieves energy-saving operation by adopting two DC drive motors. The motor runs only when necessary.
■Stable tightening force due to torque control
Adopts torque control that provides a constant tightening force regardless of the shape or hardness of the packaged item. By simply turning the tightening volume on the control panel, you can change the tightening force in the range of 3 to 40 kg, and always obtain a constant tightening force.
■Easier band loading
By adopting a new cabinet and resin band reel, the hassle of band replacement has been greatly reduced (compared to our previous model).
■Compatible with band widths from 5 to 15.5 mm
You can freely use 5-15.5mm wide PP bands by simply adjusting the band guide.
■Low operating noise makes office use comfortable
By adopting a DC motor, new reel, and new brake system, we have achieved quieter operation than conventional machines.
■Household 100V power supply 50/60Hz model
This is a 50/60Hz dual-use model that can be operated with a household AC100V power supply and is compatible with any power supply frequency.
