Features of LX series
■Recycled carpet tiles aim to create a sustainable, low-carbon society.To collect used carpet tiles from the market and recycle them as backing material, without disposing of the carpet tiles that are common in offices and other places in landfills. That is "ECOS® Recycle System". Despite being of high quality, we have achieved cost performance comparable to virgin products.

ECOS®'s strength lies in its durable business model. By limiting the recycled backing material to used carpet tiles, we have clearly managed the origin of the material and ensured safety. We are also building a system to maintain stable prices and supply quantities.

■Compliant with international environmental initiatives and certification standards・Compatible with the 2012 revised Eco Mark standards (horizontal recycling). You can contribute to CASBEE (Comprehensive Building Environment Performance Evaluation System) evaluation in the "use of recycled materials" item.
- Acquired Green Label Plus, an indoor air environment certification system established by the U.S. CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute). This certification will help you earn LEED Points. (*All ECOS nylon products)
・Received the 2011 Good Design Award
・This product satisfies the Green Purchasing Law criteria for carpet specified procurement items such as ``The total weight of unused fibers, recycled fibers, recycled plastics, and recycled materials must be 25% or more of the total weight of the product.'' .

■Uses nylon dyed yarnFor carpet to be used for a long time, it is important that it is resistant to discoloration. Compared to piece-dyed products that use dyes, dyed yarns are less prone to sunburn due to sunlight and discoloration due to oxidizing gases such as Nox and ozone. Additionally, unlike piece-dyeing methods that require large amounts of industrial water during the dyeing process, this method saves water and materials and reduces the need to dispose of wastewater from the dye solution. The dyed yarn has excellent light resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion fastness.
