■Structure
This is a conveyor that conveys chips by rotating a square piece of wood rolled into a spring shape. There are flat conveyance type and end face push-up type.
■Features
In the case of flat conveyance, it is possible to convey almost anything other than viscous materials such as long thin stainless steel chips. Select the coil linearity depending on the amount of chips and hardness. When pushing up the end face, sand-like chips cannot be pushed up. Additionally, if the material of the chips is hard, the end face of the coil will be succumbed to the chips and worn away. However, general chips can be transported.
The advantage of end face push-up conveyance is that the chips are compacted and the bulk after discharge is small and liquid can be easily drained.
