This is a filtration type conveyor that incorporates a netted backwash drum in the middle of the scraper conveyor belt.
■Features
Our drums are made of our own SUS material with a special weave, making them resistant to damage. We also have copper nets that prevent oil from sliming and have an antibacterial effect on coolant. It was developed for processing aluminum that uses a large amount of coolant. The mesh is usually selected from #80 to #200 mesh depending on the required filtration flow rate and accuracy.
