About This Product

■Highly expandable and compatible with various batteries

Charging and discharging a battery requires a bidirectional power supply and measurements of voltage, current, temperature, and time. At Headspring, we have combined these into one device to create a device that can perform battery charge/discharge tests. In order to accommodate a variety of batteries, we have prepared a variety of lineups for voltage and current. In addition, the number of measurement channels of the logger can be expanded.

- Seamless transition to constant voltage operation after reaching the voltage upper limit ・It is possible to safely operate and stop the equipment and specimen by checking the battery voltage. ・Testing service available before implementation

■Conduct test service before implementation

Since the internal impedance of batteries differs depending on the type, the operating waveform of the charging/discharging power supply may not be stable. At our company, we can first lend the customer a charging/discharging power supply free of charge and provide a service to check whether stable operation is possible. As a result of the check service, the device may be adjusted before delivery. (Additional customization fees may apply.)

■System configuration

The power supply and data logger are stored in a rack, and charging/discharging tests are performed using remote control from the PC side. Our charging/discharging equipment constantly monitors the internal voltage and external voltage at the power output section, and has a mechanism that starts charging/discharging operation after measuring the voltage of the test object.

■Discharge possible at 0V

Our charging/discharging equipment can flow current in the discharge direction even at 0V. Therefore, it can also be used in processes where the terminal voltage is set to 0V when disposing of batteries.
