About This Product
Unlike stationary V2H equipment, this is an on-board charger (OBC) that extracts AC voltage for an outlet directly from the port of the normal charger attached to an EV. EVs can now be used as emergency power sources during power outages in homes and offices without the need to install expensive stationary V2H equipment. This OBC integrates a charger that charges a DC high-voltage 200V to 400V car battery from a normal single-phase AC 100V/200V power system, as well as a DCDC converter that supplies power to a DC low-voltage 12V system. It has a 2-in-1 configuration. Charging and discharging can be controlled by communicating with external devices via a Computer Area Network (CAN) interface.
The head spring uses SiC to suppress heat generation, making it possible to create an air-cooled in-vehicle charger. We also offer models that support water cooling.
