biPYXIS is a bi technology application tool that can greatly expand the "connection functions" of biATLAS.

■Easily automate time-consuming measurement and control

A simple program that just selects and arranges devices and commands. Conditional branches and loops can also be implemented, and measured data can be assigned to variables, and the acquired data can be automatically saved in a central database.

■Easily build a system suitable for R&D, inspection, and production sites

Easily automate small-scale inspection lines and repetitive measurements during R&D. It can be used to frequently switch between various measurements during product development and execute them semi-automatically. With biPYXIS installed in biATLAS, biATLAS (power supply equipment) can now be easily connected to external equipment such as measuring instruments, making it easier to construct systems and equipment that include power supplies. ■Battery charging and discharging system

You can use biPYXIS to build a charge/discharge inspection system for EV battery packs and industrial battery packs. A customized version of our biATLAS-D product will be used as the charge/discharge power supply. The customized version of biATLAS-D communicates with the BMS built into the battery pack, allowing charging and discharging to be performed while monitoring the status. The biPYXIS system communicates with each charging/discharging power supply and controls charging/discharging according to the inspection pattern while understanding the battery status. It is also possible to acquire and record information on charging/discharging current and voltage from each charging/discharging power supply, making it easy to conduct charge/discharge inspections with traceability.

■Electrical product automatic inspection system

We are building an automatic inspection system for our biATLAS-D series products using biPYXIS. Connect biATLAS-D as a power supply for testing and a power meter as a measuring device, operate the power supply for testing and biATLAS-D to be tested at the specified voltage, current, and power, and obtain the values ​​measured with the power meter. Masu. Operation and measurement can be performed fully automatically under over 200 conditions. Measured data is automatically stored in the database. Compared to manual inspection, inspection time can be significantly reduced, and training of inspection personnel is also easier. This system can be used as an inspection system for electrical products such as power supplies.
