By replacing part of your system with biRAPID parts, you can reduce the number of parts that require prototyping and speed up research and product development. ■Small, large capacity SiC three-phase inverter A three-phase full bridge inverter equipped with six ROHM SiC-MOSFETs. Inverter operation with a rated power of up to 10kVA is possible with a footprint smaller than A5 size. It is also equipped with a sensor circuit that allows voltage/current feedback. It can be used not only as a three-phase full bridge inverter, but also as a chopper circuit or single-phase inverter circuit. Can be operated by preparing 24V and 5V power supplies, inter-board wiring, controller, etc.Can be used as a motor drive inverter, etc.Chopper circuits and single-phase inverter circuits can also be constructed by changing the connections. ■Open structure Convenient circuit diagrams for experiments with test pins for each part are published and can be used as design references.
