About This Product
We defibrate all kinds of biomass materials such as thinned wood, pruned branches, and bamboo. The unique screw shape (two screws) enables continuous and rapid defibration of all kinds of biomass materials such as thinned wood, pruned branches, bamboo, and bark.
The defibrillated (exploded) biomass material can be used as compost for greening projects, building board materials, mushroom beds, livestock bedding, etc. Smooth connection is possible even when front and rear equipment such as conveyors and crushers are required.
Compression and release are performed continuously using a highly wear-resistant twin screw manufactured using unique heat treatment technology, making it possible to defibrate any biomass material. It is quiet during operation as it does not crush or crush with a hammer or crushing blade.
Maintenance is easy as it is a simple and compact machine. There is also an outdoor version model, so you can install it anywhere. Although it can be processed independently, it can also be linked with a conveyor, primary crusher, and quantitative feeder.
