About This Product
MIT-Manager sets a unique ID number for a dedicated ID punch and manages individual information on a database to improve reliability and facilitate mold management in tablet production. The software consists of MIT-Bank for managing individual information of the punch and die, and MIT-Checker for checking the correctness of the mold.
In conjunction with Mori Machinery's MZ400 tablet press, the production data from the tablet press can be used directly as information on the use of punches and dies. In addition, it is possible to automatically check the correctness of the punches for each product produced in the tablet machine, dramatically improving the reliability of tablets without much effort.
It is now possible to use the system to manage information such as tablet compression time, number of tablets, product types, and defects that were previously managed by hand or using spreadsheet software. It is also effective for production analysis and troubleshooting, such as checking the production quantity of each item and various dimensions when new. In the case of a tablet press-linked type, many items can be reused from the tablet press production data, reducing the workload and preventing transcription errors.
