About This Product
This is a device that processes oil mist generated during various cutting and cutting processes. The oil mist generated from multiple processing machines is locally sucked through the suction port (hood), passes through a collection duct, and is collected centrally by a single oil mist collector. After more than 99% of the sucked oil is removed by Shiken's unique special filter, it is collected in one place and can be easily disposed of.
Inside the factory, the same amount of fresh air as the exhaust volume is replaced from outside, creating a comfortable work space. The system can also be installed outdoors to make effective use of space within the factory.
