About This Product

■What is an ultrasonic spindle?

・This is a spindle that can process brittle materials such as glass while rotating it and vibrating it up and down to finely crush brittle materials such as glass. ・The ultrasonic spindle has an ultrasonic vibrator built into it. - When AC voltage is applied to the ultrasonic vibrator from an oscillator, the ultrasonic vibrator expands and contracts, efficiently transmitting this vibration to the tip of the diamond electrodeposition tool. - Juhara Technos Fukuoka Factory uses a 40kHz ultrasonic vibrator, so the tool tip vibrates 40,000 times per second with an amplitude of 1 to 15μm. (*The amplitude can be changed using the volume knob of the ultrasonic oscillator. The amplitude varies depending on the tool shape.)
