About This Product

■Details

My Drum Heater (MDV-EX series) is a movable drum heater developed to keep warm and heat drums of hazardous materials such as solvents. The built-in self-regulating heater has passed (domestic explosion-proof structure type certification). The exterior consists of a sturdy metal case with a built-in thermal finish that better matches field handling.

■Product features

- Ignition temperature can range from T3 to T6. ・We can also handle special sizes such as overseas standards and resin drums. ・Heat-up time can be shortened by using an air-driven stirrer. - By using our standard temperature panel (HMC-20SSR/2CH), the side heater and base heater can be controlled independently. (Please install the temperature control panel in a non-hazardous location.) - If you create a separate control panel, you can use it with a 3-phase △ connection by connecting the side heater 200V V connection and combining it with the base heater. (Temperature control is separate.) ・It can also be manufactured using thermocouples. - If we manufacture the temperature control panel, we can manufacture the control circuit with intrinsically safe explosion-proof specifications.
